The inspiration behind Robin M Design comes from personal heritage. Her mother always wore her mother’s ring, which carried stories, memories of her wit, beauty, and love. Her grandmother’s ring told tales of passionate elopement, a long loving life, and of her grandfather, who bought his mother this diamond for her birthday. These treasures are symbols of the lives that have shaped a personal legacy.

At Robin M Design, we tell stories through the creation of lasting adornments. Our wearable works of art collect the stories of the hands that make and wear them, lasting for lifetimes to come.

Robin began designing jewelry 50 years ago. Starting with beaded and knotted gifts sold at fairs, she delighted in enchanting customers with their own beauty. Later, in her career as an architect-builder, she honed a unique focus on detail and developed a technical understanding that honors the handmade process.

Today, in her home studio, Robin employs processes inspired by ancient pieces that emphasize longevity. Each piece is crafted individually, imbued with its own story, which evolves with time and use.

At Robin M Design, we treat gold and other resources with admiration and respect. All our gold comes from recycled sources, and all gems are sourced through fair trade practices. Every piece of jewelry we create is made by hand, using age-old techniques, ensuring that each piece is unique and meaningful.
